Current Projects

We have developed a web-based service with mobile software application that incorporates the core tenets of Proactive Dementia Care (PDC) in portable, tablet and smartphone) and desktop computer formats. MemoryCarePartner© provides users with up-to-date personalized information and resources throughout the entire span of the care journey – from the first signs of memory problems through end of life care. We extend access to these essential memory loss and dementia services to a broader audience, particularly to underserved communities and individuals living in rural areas and lack access to specialized memory care diagnosis and management professionals.

We are currently working on several projects which will expand use of our platform to provide essential dementia care training to staff of assisted living and long-term care facilities, and provide family caregivers with the guidance and information they need to optimize their legal and financial planning for an adult with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
